This gorgeous,
non-smoking townhome is just a few years old and professionally decorated. It is located right by the
Breckenridge Golf Course and just a short distance from Peak 8.
Careful attention was given to the property to maximize guest comfort. You
will find the house very comfortable and not set up like a typical "rental
property." The house has a two-car garage with opener as well as its own
private hot tub. There are four television sets, DVD players, VCRs, and a
gas fireplace.
The furniture is all new and very luxurious for your enjoyment. All of this
topped off with the Rocky Mountains right outside your door with absolutely
breathtaking views. Also, we now have our own private shuttle to the slopes
and downtown.
